Oh dear...

In the Indian Express, a Harish Dugh comes up with a whole new spin on the new ODI rules.
The thrust of his argument is that when the white nations found they could not match sub-continental flair and artistry in hockey, the governing body of that game changed the rules to suit the more muscle-bound style of the European teams.
Same difference, Dugh argues -- the new ODI rules hamper India because it does not have the bench strength to counter Australia and England, et cetera, et cetera.
Um... will eschew comment.
