Strange

how things play out. Bond going out put pressure on Oram... clean strike by Pathan, and Vincent with one drop to his name pulls off a baseball style catch. And, in the process, makes Oram look good

It's the thing about scoreboards -- they never reflect these nuances; and most times, neither does a match report. So after a period of time, when we try to recap, what we are going by basically is partial information.

Which makes me wonder -- why did Willow remove that option of the linked scoreboard? I thought that was brilliant -- once you purchased a series it was yours, and you could go revisit any time, replay bits, or the whole game, or the bowling of one particular bloke, or someone's batting, refresh your memory

Such a pity that option no longer exists.

On another note -- India has enough to make the game interesting, but not to put the game out of the Kiwis' reach.

back for the second innings.

  • I think for a score of this magnitude, CHRIS CAIRNS is the key. All the others can play a side-role, not the HERO.

With Chris Cairns injured (another fact is that he has been playing in the series quite low in the order as well), I feel its Advantage India.

  • We talked so much about batting order, techniques etc. Now its our bowling/fielding. home SG executes flawlessly. And the team supports him.

One bowler should step up if we want to win this clearly

  • Prem,
Rao VS Raina: SG is favoring Rao, because, if Raina is successful, he is a direct threat to 'talented batsman' YS.

If Rao is selected, this guy is not a big league guy, so, when SRT comes back he can be easily replaced.
