Run rate

With India, typically, the run rate is six or above in the early overs, then slides. This is an interesting switch -- from the 16th over till the 35th, it hasn't dropped below 6. Tactically, that is as good as India has played the middle overs, in a long time.

  • Prem...India would need a 340+ to bat SL out of this game. Wicket playing a bit slow and taking good spin too. But, with no tangible support for IP in the first 20 overs,a big score seems to be the way out. Yr views
