21-30 overs

One shot in this period defined Pathan's innings today -- to Botha, he came dancing down, saw the bowler drag it down to beat the shot, checked fluidly, and very calmly tapped it through the covers for one. It's been that kind of knock, almost zen in its calm composure -- very very interesting to watch.
Yuvraj, meanwhile, appears to have picked up a peculiar habit -- as the faster bowlers deliver, he kicks that front leg of his out, irrespective of length, even before the bowler has delivered. Sort of like how your foot goes when a doc taps the knee with a hammer. Not sure where he picked that up from, and what it is supposed to do for him; seems more a nervous movement than anything dreamt up for technical reasons, but it's been fun to watch.
The other point of interest has been to watch Botha. Not a particularly great turner of the ball judging by the evidence -- the ball out of the hand does not have the sort of revs that say a Bajji provides; his job seems to be to put it there or thereabouts. 110/5 at this point constitutes a decent recovery -- but for it to really work, these two need to be together for another 6-8 overs at the least.
