Christ, must we?

Add needless fuel to the flames, that is? Dinesh Nambisan, another blog regular, just mailed me the link to this Times of India article.
The trouble with this lies in the suggestion that Rahul Dravid suggested Ganguly's exclusion was a "happy problem". He did no such thing (as Dinesh points out, what next, a headline that reads 'Dravid happy Ganguly was dropped'???)
The actual question and answer is here.
On the selection dilemma caused by Yuvraj's knock
It's a happy problem to have, if it is a problem at all. It's unfortunate that someone is going to miss out [with the return of Sehwag], and it will probably not be right on him, but that's how international cricket is. It just shows us also that we can call on different players to do the job at different times, and it gives us a lot of heart.

He did not even remotely suggest that Sourav's exclusion was a 'happy problem'; do we really need to fan the flames -- already burning brighter with each moment -- with such thoughtless distortions?
Point well made, Dinesh, thanks for the mail.
